Printed sketch , 13.5 x 10.5", showing an artist and dog in front of an easel holding a painting of a man and a dog both depicted as wolves in sheep's clothing with banner "Watch Word Peace", and the book "Outlines of the Opposition in 1795 collected from the Works of the most capital Jacobin Artists" with a verse from Psalms. Large letters at bottom "Frontispiece", and smaller Published by H. Humphrey New Bond Street 14 April 1795. Jacobins-French radicals during the French Revolution. The sketch is initialled JS. Used to advertise the book, with traces of paper adhering to verso of top margin, probably from having been posted. Bookseller Inventory # 6595
