My grading systems is as follows:
AS NEW = Perfect. Highest Grade.
FINE = Still bright and clean. An exceptional copy with only minor defects.
Near Fine = Still bright & clean with a few more defects than Fine. A superior
copy.
VERY GOOD TO FINE = Still clean but not as bright as FINE MINUS and may have a
reading crease. Still square and tight.
VERY GOOD PLUS = Still relatively clean. May have one of the following: slight
spine roll, reading creases & binding problems. A decent copy.
VERY GOOD = A little better than the average copy. May have some but not all of
the following: spine roll, reading creases, and binding problems.
VERY GOOD MINUS = May have reading creases, spine roll, overall wear and tear
from being read many times. Still presentable.
GOOD TO VERY GOOD = A solid reading copy. It has all its pages but may have
many minor defects or a major defect.
G (Good) = May have many major defects but still readable.Shipping terms
