The condition is Near Fine+, no jacket. This book was inscribed by William M. Klein Jr.,the author, to Howard Gross. 4/11/95. "With deep gratitude for all that you have done to support the Morris Arboretium and the other wonderful gardens of this region". from the half-title page. This book is in wonderful condition and the pages are bright, white and unmarked. Very Nice Book & the photos are really something to see ! 327 pages including index. Bookseller Inventory # 006326
