Rare 1st edition in green cloth boards with full color paste on art of The Three Little Kittens by Eulalie on frt bd. Star Edition. Not exlib. No inscriptions. Now protected in heavy clear, removable archival mylar. Folio size measures 12 1/4 in tall x just over 10 in wide and is too large for the flat rate envelope. Oversized postage required, ask for the rates 1st please. Rear board soiled. Tips and spine ends rubbed through, frt bd rubbed through from spine across 4 in. rear board rubbed across same area 1.5 in. 1/2 in of cloth loss at spine ends. Inner hinges fine, endpaper illustrations bright. Occasional finger soil on a few pages. One page has a small hole taking a bit of text but you can get the jist and follow along, (story is Peter Rabbit). Little Black Sambo has a small bit of ink coloring on one b/w drawing, three small lower edge tears w/clear cello tape, otherwise, VG. Bookseller Inventory # 44293
