Strong tight straight boards and binding.The pages are clean and bright though the page edges do feature some agetone.Volume I page 180-181 have a rectangular tonning from a "win ticket "for a race, still in book used as a page marker, business card size Light scattered foxing to top fore edges. The Slip case is dark-printed cardboard with labels glued on either side. The labels are heavily agetoned moderately spotted, and feature a few spots of rubbing and smudge The boards of the slip case have edgewear rubbing along corners all edges and mild rubbing to spine ends. slipcase good .
