Original tan wrapper with black lettering on the front cover. 6 X 9 inches. Single sheet making 3 pages. Cruikshank (1792-1879) was a British caricaturist and book illustrator, famous for his illustrations on such authors as Charles Dickens. Theodore Hewitson was a member of the staff of the Los Angeles County Library and Cruikshank collector. This copy is an article Hewitson wrote as an appreciation to Cruikshank written on April 20, 1946. Copy is very clean. Bookseller Inventory # 018564
