Scarce account of the restoration of this historic landmark, center of George Brumder's German-American publishing empire, by Milwaukee's pre-eminent architectural historian. Stapled pamphlet, navy blue cover, heavily embossed gilt titling and heraldic decoration. Spine a bit faded, minor water stain, heavy cover embossment has punched through in a few spots; minor creasing, tiny ink number on first page.
