Synopsis: This collection of inspirational meditations offers insight into the transformative process leading to finding one’s own unique way to self-discovery, wholeness and enlightened consciousness. Readers include spiritual seekers from all traditions and backgrounds as well as those searching for comfort, support and healing as they face issues surrounding illness, old age, change, loss and death. Reviewers suggest reading a few a day for reflection, keeping it by your bedside and giving it as a gift to those who may benefit from the sparks of wisdom and illuminating insights.
The following is from the introduction: In every person, there is a natural capacity to turn inward and realize the divine essence in oneself and experience the spiritual reality of the world. To ignore the inner world and its demand for psychological wholeness and entering into communion with the living God is to lose contact with our souls, genuine authenticity and true meaning.
May these words, written as meditations, bring you closer to discovering your real self, the divine part which dwells within, your soul, where you are already one with God.
