About the Author: Frank R. Kowalski is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania, and is retired from the city bus company. Residing in an area steeped in Native American history, he became immersed in the Native American culture throughout the country. Kowalski and his wife, Violet, have been married for more than sixty years.
