A very uncommon title written by the first golf journalist in the USA. Light cover soiling , several light stains on the end papers, bookplate of noted golf book collector Dr. Robert Smith on front pastedown. Clean copy with no internal foxing, page browning, notes or any other internal markings. The chapter VI title page, "Luck, Psychic Influence and Long Putts" has a very small edge tear.
