Nice, tight, unmarked first edition from 1924. 5 color plates by Gustaf Tenggren. A big book at 6 x 8.5 in. and 264 pages. A collection of11 inspiring stories for dog lovers. (See picture) Book has no jacket so I put it in a clear mylar protector. The book is sound, clean and tight with a little discoloration to the cover illustration, which is also in the text and that one, like its 4 companions, is pristine.The illustrations are superb.
