There is a signed ink sketch by Gorban, dated 5.05.2000 on the front endpaper of this book. The front cover of this book has been folded until it cracked. This manifests as a deep wrinkle on the outside of the cover and a break to the paper on the front paste down. This is unfortunate as the book is otherwise bright, clean and unmarked with a tight binding. The dust jacket has impression marks on the back panel and is now protected in mylar. NOAMZ.
