Disbound, saddle sewn wraps. 38 pages plus a blank rear cover. A small pamphlet containing the proceedings of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts, including lists of various members, various happenings, etc. There are some handwritten annotations to the list of members of the various lodges listed on the last 2 pages. In GOOD condition. Moderate dampstain present along the lower 2 inches of the booklet, as well as along the binding, from the foot to a little over halfway up. This affects the pages throughout but does not affect readability. Moderate darkening to the covers and pages. Minor soiling and scuffing, with curling/ creasing to the very corners of the booklet. Small tear in the fore edge of the front page. Text clean and solid, with the aforementioned notations present. Bookseller Inventory # 002541
