About this title

An anthology of 26 professional speakers, along with an Introduction by Ty Boyd, CPAE; the Foreword by Nido Qubein, CPAE; and Dottie Walters' Prologue, this project was the birth-child of its publisher, Dottie (RIP), a recipient of the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation.
According to Dottie in her Prologue, "Great Communicators know the use of the Gentle Question to find out what their clients, family, or prospects want. My friend of the mind, Ben Franklin, explains that we must 'Put on the role of the humble inquirer."
I am honored to have been included.

From the Author:

My chapter, Avoid Communication's Stumbling Blocks, which addresses nine common stumbling blocks to effective communication, begins on page 430.
