About this title

Guides adults through the process of coaching a youth baseball team from getting organized through playing the games. It has plenty of baseball techniques, but different from other books that just have the x's and o's, this book steps you through motivating players, handling parents, dealing with sponsors, team organization, holding a practice, setting discipline, getting respect and much more of the intangibles no one teaches you. Great guide for parents as well as coaches.

For players from T-Ball through high school. Even the college level coach and parent will benefit from this book!
