Limited to 500 copies signed and numbered 453 by Rowland Ward. Armorial circular bookplate of John. W Walker F.S.A to the front paste down. Bound in the publisher's olive-green cloth with gilt title and doble ruled borders to the upper cover. Small 1cm bruise marks the upper cover otherwise the cloth clean, unfaded and free of any chips or bumps. A very good +copy of this major work detailing the scientific knowledge of African Big Game, includes numerous adventures with contributions by H.A. Bryden, T.E.
