13 1/4"T X 12"W. Original slipcase in good/rough condition: most edges with some paper loss; bottom left-front corner with rounded; most of the corners are somewhat rounded. Jacket in good condition: couple of obvious creases; fuzzy corners; a couple of tears repaired with archival tape. Book in excellent condition: front, spine, back coloring in great condition; gold type and picture in great condition (no fading or blackening); 3 1/4" separation of paper on front-end page (pictured) with no damage to the spine; all color plates appear to be attached well. Original slipcase reads "INTERNATIONAL BOOK SOCIETY" (upper left back corner) & "TIME LIFE BOOKS" (bottom left back corner). Bookseller Inventory # 000053
