22 documents, 32 pages, concerning sale of several lots in Ambrosia Tract No. 2 and No. 3 by S. Dysart to Ida Blackman of Los Angeles, covering 1935-1966. 17 are signed by Dysart. Includes deeds, letters, receipts, leases for oil and uranium exploration, etc. The collection also includes other Blackman correspondence, acknowledgments of her withdrawing from some women's clubs, a letter from the Santa Cruz Parlor of the Native Daughters of the Golden West which is signed by 42 Lodge sisters, and her marriage certificate. Stella Dysart was a New Mexico mineral "wildcatter" who discovered uranium there in 1955 and became very wealthy.
