Important group of papers ranging through the whole career of Tatum, and including such co-authors as: George W. Beadle & Joshua Lederberg (both Nobel Laureates), David M. Bonner, & A. C. Giese. Tatum was one of the fathers of modern genetics and worked extensively with Beadle on drosophila and Neurospora. This work culminated in the 1958 Nobel Prize for physiology or medicine, which Tatum shared with Beadle and Joshua Lederberg. Horowitz, whose name or rubber stamp appear on all of the papers, was a colleague of Beadle and Tatum, and an early pioneer of genetics. Wasson, Nobel Prize Winners. WITH: TATUM, & BEADLE.
