About this title

Synopsis:

This historic book may have numerous typos and missing text. Purchasers can usually download a free scanned copy of the original book (without typos) from the publisher. Not indexed. Not illustrated. 1859 edition. Excerpt: ... o'clock in the morning, and there are voluntary services at 5 in the afternoon. The present chaplains are, the Eevs. J. E. Sabin, H. E. Maskew, J. L. The Church, the Chaplain's house, the ground on which they stand, with an intended School, Class and Soldiers' Rooms, and whatever other erections may follow, are held by trustees, for the perpetual benefit of the army. The parade and voluntary services on Sundays are as follows:--9 30 and 11 A.m. Parade; and 6 P.m. Voluntary. As these services are duly notified in Divisional Orders, any variations which may occur, from time to time, will...
