Preserved in a red cloth-covered, clamshell type case, lined with white felt. The binding is in fine condition. The outer edges of the case show light wear. The cloisonne work is reminiscent of the design enamel work of Jean Goulden, who sometimes worked with Leon & Paul Gruel.
