-Los cálculos para los costes de envío se han realizado hasta 1 Kg. Para pesos superiores nos pondremos en contacto con usted para informarle del coste total, si fuera necesario.

-Los embalajes siempre se realizan con coberturas plásticas selladas para evitar desperfectos por el entorno del transporte, siendo más minuciosos si fueran enviados fuera de España.

-TODOS LOS ENVIOS se realizan por CORREOS Carta o Paquete CERTIFICADOS, informando del Nº de seguimiento en todos los casos.

-No podemos asegurar la entrega en domicilio, depende del peso del pedido, puede que en algunos casos tenga que acudir el comprador a su recogida en la Oficina de Correos. Normalmente si no está en domicilio el cartero le dejará un aviso de recogida.

-Envíos al EXTRANJERO fuera del territorio de España -No se pueden realizar envíos contra reembolso ni con otro método de pago, sólo tarjeta de crédito. No se incluyen costo de aduana si lo hubiera en ningún caso.

-No es posible garantizar el tiempo de entrega totalmente. Son sólo estimaciones basadas en los tiempos de entrega de las empresas de envío (CORREOS), y no incluyen los procesos de aduana para envíos internacionales. Si el libro es pesado o de formato especial, la librería le contactará directamente para informarle de los gastos de envío adicionales si los hubiera.

-NO nos hacemos RESPONSABLES de los GASTOS DE REENVIO cuando el comprador no recoge el paquete y nos es devuelto.
Se da por hecho que una vez informado el Nº de seguimiento por email, el comprador se responsabiliza de su recogida. Si una vez informado el Nº de seguimiento y en (4/5 días en España y 10/20 días en el Extranjero) no se lo entregan o tiene un aviso de CORREOS deberá ir a su Oficina de Correos y con el Nº y un documento de identidad para retirarlo.

-Si el paquete nos fuera devuelto y desea su reenvío los gastos correrán a cargo del comprador en todos los casos.

-We cannot ensure home delivery, it depends on the weight of the order, in some cases the buyer may have to go to pick it up at the Post Office. Normally if you are not at home the postman will leave you a pick-up notice.

-Shipments ABROAD outside the territory of Spain -You cannot send cash on delivery or with another payment method, only credit card. Customs costs are not included if there is one in any case.

-We can not guarantee delivery time completely. They are only estimates based on delivery times of companies (CORREOS), and do not include customs processes for international shipments. If the book is heavy or of special format, the bookstore will contact you directly to inform you of the additional shipping costs, if any.

-We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the DELIVERY COSTS when the buyer does not pick up the package and it is returned to us.
It is assumed that once the tracking number has been informed by email, the buyer is responsible for its collection. If once you have informed the tracking number and in (4/5 days in Spain and 10/20 days abroad) if is not delivered or you have a notice from CORREOS, you should go to your Post Office and with the number and a document ID and pick it up

-If the package is returned to us and you want it to be resent, the costs will be borne by the buyer in all cases.

If the package was returned to us and the buyer want the new forwarding, forwarding expenses will be paid by the buyer in all cases. We will contact the buyer if the package is returned to inform them of how to request forwarding.
