Previous owner was Elizabeth Colson, Emeritus Professor, University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Colson is best known for her ongoing fieldwork with the Gwembe Tonga of Zambia, which began in 1956 through the Rhodes-Livingstone Institute as a controlled study of the social change caused by forced resettlement. No other markings in book. A.C. Haddon (1855-1940).
