Featuring hand coloured steel engraved plates by John Leech plus hand-coloured title pages and dozens of b/w wood engravings within the text. 8vo. Rebacked with a new leather spine, with original decorative cloth to boards. Raised bands and gilt decoration to spine. Beveled edges. 8vo. Light marking to covers. Previous owner's name and inscription to end-papers. Mild tanning within, else clean and tight. Very good.
