Four-page (rectos only) mimeographed list, 8½" X 11", n.p., n.y. [Pasadena, CA, 1984]. Near fine. Staple at upper left; two original folds. To a collector of Olympic basketball player autographs, Lubin sends this "U.S. Olympic Basketball Player's Addresses" list, noting "Dear Mr. Laade: / Here are a few" in black ink at the top, adding the word "Silver" alongside one category and circling another. Not signed by Lubin, but a bold small handwriting sample.
