First printing. Tan cloth decorated in black; 162 pps. Four illustrated plates by Strothmann. Fiction. The further adventures of Hashimura Togo, fictional character who made his first appearance in Irwin's "Letters of A Japanese Schoolboy" serial in 1907-08. Herein, Togo becomes a major-domo in the home of "Mrs. Henrietta Hoke and Husband, Nutt Center, New Jersey". Written in "pidgin English" (A real knee-slapper in its time, we're sure).
