This STATED 1ST Printing, (number line to 1) of one of Bradley's earliest Darkover novels is TRUE 1st edition since no hardcover was issued. Copy is PERSONALLY SIGNED BY MARION ZIMMER BRADLEY neatly in blue ink directly on title page with No Further Inscription. Cover is clean, bright as new and lies flat with no curling or shelf wear other than a 3 barely noticeable, small creases on front cover. Pages are clean, fresh, white and bright with NO age toning which is common in 41-year old mass market PBs. No markings of any kind: no bookseller stickers; no signatures, notes, underlining, soiling, no x-library detritus; no publisher overstock marks ;No creased, loose, damaged or missing pages. Ships promptly, professionally wrapped in custom, protective packaging by an experienced collectible book dealer.
