Book is by the original publisher. Exterior has general over-all moderate wear with no serious issue: corners are lightly bumped, head of spine lightly bumped, moderate soiling. Interior has strong hinges, it is intact, clean and unmarked, about 10-15 pages have stains that do not affect the text; paper is very toned and pages are stiff with age--they do turn easily but have little flexibility.
