Nel 1832 spos� il capitano Richard Bury Palliser, morto nel 1852, e con il quale ha avuto quattro figli e due figlie. Palliser ebbe un ruolo di primo piano nell'organizzazione della mostra del merletto internazionale che si svolse a South Kensington nel 1874. Mor� nella sua residenza, 33 Russell Road, Kensington, il 16 gennaio 1878 e fu sepolto nel cimitero di Brompton. Lingua francese 19mo secolo.
