This lavishly illustrated book is in very good condition. All edges of the card covers are scuffed but none of this encroaches to any significant degree on the front or back covers. The book has coloured illustrations on nearly every page either relating to people associated with the history of Hyde Park, the Old Grosvenor House but mostly of the New Grosvenor House in Park Lane, a splendid Hotel with apartments. There are also many illustrated advertisements e.g. Daimler hire, Heppells the Chemists, luxury flooring, furniture etc. and cement! There is a short Index. 95pp.
