G-VG. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. volume 1: 586p, b/w photos; dark blue hardback with gold on spine, beautiful blue, green, and gold marbled end pages, gorgeous grape or nut design in blue and green and brown on the forepages; volume 1 is slightly cocked and has slightly rubbed edges w/a slightly foxed fc; volume 2: 523p, b/w photos; this volume has the same end and forepages as volume 1 and is also a dk blue HB w/gilt on spine; There is a small water mark on the bc of this volume, and it has very slightly rubbed edges. Paperback. 275pp. Quarto [27 cm] Tan and black printed wraps. Good only. The covers are soiled and slightly rippled. There is a former owner's name on the front cover of volume 1, and there are numerous stains on the covers of volume 2. There are several tears in the paper of the spine of volume 2, and there are numerous losses from the paper of the spine of volume 1. There are four pieces of tape across the spine of this volume as well. The spine of volume 2 is slightly moisture stained. The pages are mildly yellowed. May require additional postage due to weight.
