Hardcover in dark green cloth lettered in gilt. 115 pp. with extensive appendix section including list of pastors, elders, deacons, trustees from 1724-1897, list of 1735 communicants, names of subscribers with amounts to the building of the meetinmg house, deeds, charters, descendants of Waletr Ker, early baptismal records during Rev. William Tennent's pastorate, names and dates of early burials.Illustrated with photographs, engravings, maps and reproductions. A near fine example, gilt lettering bright. Old Tennent Church along with its famous burial grounds, is located in Manalapan in eastern New Jersey. Founded in 1692 by the Presbyterian Church, the edifice was completed 1751-53.
