Leather lightly rubbed on joints and corners. A very nice set. Accessorized set with the "Memoir of James Grahame" by Harvard College President Josiah Quincy bound in back of volume 4. This title was published in Boston by Charles C. Little and James Brown 1845. Author inscription to Ellis Gray Loring on the right front flyleaf of volume 1. Ellis Gray Loring was a New England Abolitionist and one of the founders of the New England Anti-Slavery Society.
