About this title:

Synopsis: Honorable Animal examines the relationship with the human animal's disconnection from the natural environment and how it relates to the disconnection with the inner environment of our original spiritual nature. The book details the journey of separation and seduces the reader back into the whole.

About the Author: James Phillip Miner is a celebrated mystic/philosopher who uniquely blends the Ultimate connection with the relative world. While living a benign life raising his family on the beautiful island of Maui he was suddenly awakened by a mountain in Colorado, while retreating on the mainland. Working as the agent of the spirit of the mountain, James consented to writing Honorable Animal. Upon the mountain claiming James as its own, James embarked on a journey of renewal and discovery. Having recognized that everything he had previously read and learned was another's point of view, he began from the start to understand existence through a whole new system of inquiry. His teaching work is a result of this ongoing inquiry.
