About the Author:

Tina Marie Johnson AKA Maria Truth was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Artistically inclined, she was introduced to the arts by her parents learning how to sketch and paint as a child. Eager to expand herself as a teenager, she began to write short stories based on her personal experiences and social problems. Creating fictions about urban life, she found her light bulb in college obtaining several degrees in Sociology and Social Work assisting individuals with problems and concerns much like her own.
