This publication is the ancestral lineage of the Howland family in America who trace their ancestery to the sons of Henry Howland of Fen Stanton, Huntingdonshire, England: John Howland who arrived on the Mayflower in 1660 and his two brothers Arthur and Henry Howland who probably arrived between 1623-24. Arthur Howland was buried at Marshfield, MA in 1675, Henry (probably in Dartmouth) in 1671 and John Howland who died in Rocky Nook (outside Plymouth) in 1672. pages 65-77 contain the names of all know descendents of the Howlands up to 1939 Small waterstain at bottom near spine but not affecting the text. Edges are rubbed but the binding is intact. Genealogy of one of the earliest families to settle in America. Bookseller Inventory # 003128
