About this title

Ever wonder how Mr Trump became president? It is not difficult to understand if you realize how the mainstream US politicians with the help of the media have wrested the government from the hands of the American citizens over approximately the past 30 years. A change was due. Less Than Human is a physician’s experience of the systematic abusive and corrupt academic, political and legal systems one navigates to succeed in medicine. These issues existed long before Donald Trump even considered running for office. Stalin ideals have taken over America, as healthcare focus is now total government submission in the name of ‘Compliance’. Besides the bone crushing debt imposed by the higher education system, medicine is practiced under heavy-handed political, litigious and media influence; this book offers insight and critique of the American political, media and legal systems which undermine the Doctor-Patient relationship. The greatest coup in healthcare is media propaganda convincing people to mistrust their doctors’ and have blind faith in politicians. Many of the issues presented in this book weigh heavily on doctors but also into many aspects of society.

About the Author:

Before attending college full time and subsequent medical school, Dr. Gannon trained and worked in HVAC 10 years. Many of those years included attending Cuyahoga Community College, eventually earning two associate degrees. During medical school Dr. Gannon became interested in medical missions from a mentor, Dr. Richard Paat. Beginning his attending physician career in Nuclear Medicine the author wanted to do more for patients during medical missions, so he recently completed an additional residency in Radiology at Rochester General Hospital and Neuroradiology Fellowship at Emory. His loving wife Angela, friends and family have helped encourage persistence when times got difficult and their love is much appreciated. Next up, private practice radiology and medical missions.
