4to, ca. 8" x 10.4". staple bound with paper covers- there are 2 punched holes that allowed the booklet to be placed together with related materials. pp. 11 of text staple bound in good condition, 2 holes punched near bound edge to allow placement in some sort of binding with other works. Contents very good or better with some age toning of paper. A war time publication on a very important subject then and now. . No names or writing noted inside.
