Red leather over boards with gilt letters on the spine and a vignette in gilt on the front cover of the Eagle of St. John intertwined with the initials of Clymer. Just touches of rubbing to extremities, leather clean and bright, gilt bright, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. No dust jacket. Reuben Sinburne Clymer [1878-1966] was an osteopath, author and publisher closely associated with the Fraternitas Rosae Crucis. He was Director General, Church of Illumination and Supreme Grand Master of both The International Confederation of Initiates and The Merged Occult Fraternities.
