Book Description Government Printing Office, Washington DC, 1911. Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 387 pp, fold-out map as frontis (plate 1) of "Indian Tribes of the Lower Mississippi" by John Swanton, 1909, in excellent condition. There are a total of 32 plates plus a couple "figures" (photos not on glossy paper). These are all in fine condition, no foxing, edge damage or other problems. Binding is tight, but is library binding as opposed to the green binding originally used by the BAE. No library markings found, but some writing on spine in pencil. From my personal collection.
