Dr. Mohamed Mansour Kadah in an Egypian diplomat. He holds a PhD in international relations from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Lisbon, Portugal, an MA in economics from the American University in Cairo, Egypt and an LLM in international economic law from the University of Warwick, England.
