Dr. Parsons is a consultant to educational and mental health institutions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Karen L. Dickinson, Ph.D. is a full professor of counselor education at West Chester University and served as the School Counseling Program Coordinator for nine years. She has 15 years of university teaching experience and over 40 years of experience as a teacher and school counselor in the K-12 education system.
