A Near Fine Example of Ellison's Scarce First Novel! A stated "First Printing" of Invisible Man in a First State DJ. The Book has virtually no wear to the fragile lettering on the spine. No names, writing or bookplates. Very Scarce in this condition. The DJ is especially nice with very slight wear the folds and virtually NO CHIPS! In addition, the dj retains its price of $3.50 on the front flap. Laid in is the original bill of sale in Chicago for $3.50 from May 13, 1952. A very scarce and important book!!!
