THE FRONT INSIDE HINGE HAS SPLIT AND THE BINDING IS EXPOSED. THERE ARE PENNED MARKS TO THE FFEP. THE PAGES HAVE YELLOWED. THERE IS LIGHT TO MILD FOXING THROUGHOUT. THE BINDING HAS LOOSENED BUT THE PAGES ARE ATTACHED. THE REAR INSIDE HINGE HAS SPLIT SLIGHTLY. PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
