About this Item

A much printed work, all editions being on poor quality paper, and this copy is no exception. The text, however, is important for the study of mission activity in the South Pacific. 8vo. 176 pp., illus., port., map. Publisher's green cloth covered boards; stamped in black and gilt. Gilt a little faded on spine only. Ex-library with call number label on spine, a book plate, pencilled notations inside and a rubber stamp. Front free end-paper is detached. Page 15 is torn along the margin, almost detached. A very few pages are roughly cut and so have a ragged edge. Back free end-paper is detached. Text block splitting between pages 80-81. Paper age-toned throughout. A charming little book, clean and complete: We only wish the condition were better. Bookseller Inventory # 21290
