All plates and maps are reproduced in original size. A facsimile containing the images and maps from the original Itinerario published in Amsterdam in 1596; the text, William Phillips's English translation, was published by John Wolfe in London in 1598. A 32-page (15.5 x 12.5 in.) facsimile of the Icones, Habitus Gestusque Indorum is housed in a rear pocket. Robert S Pirie's copy, with his name printed in red in the roll of Roxburghe Club members.
