Published by Wetzel Publishing Co., Inc., Los Angeles, 1932. The book measures 5.5" x 8.25", 336 pages. A professional bookbinder has done a complete reback of the spine. The original spine has been adhered over the new spine cloth. The hinges have been reinforced with Japanese mending tissue to reattach the endsheets to the textblock, where they were once loose. The textblock has been conservation sewn to ensure its strength for years to come. Staining to the boards. Dampstains present throughout the textblock. A clear plastic (mylar) cover is included for protection and display. A truly rare book written and signed by one of the greatest American athletes of all time.
