Rob Silverman lived in London, England until 1996. He then moved to The United States. Rob is a trader at an American Investment Bank. He is currently a Managing Director of the currency department. Rob is an expert in graduate recruitment. He has been heavily involved in the hiring of graduates for over 10 years. Rob spends a large majority of his time overseeing the graduate hiring process. He is presently writing a follow up book helping new recruits hang on to their jobs.

Rob is married to Janet and has two children Jonah and Marlee. He lives and works in Manhattan.
