About this title

Two young boys living in rural Arkansas in the early 1950's involve themselves in mischief, adventure, and a memorable escapade. Through their actions, they teach the true meaning of family and friendship. Get ready to smile at mischief, participate in adventure, fear a reclusive German, and cry as you share time with Jody Stevens, Paul Adams, and a man called "Quack."

Store Description

My main business is the operation of a custom frame shop and art gallery (specializing in original art and antique prints). Since writing, illustrating, the design and manufacture of books are art forms, I have included books in my gallery. Most are vintage, antique, or just previously read, and include first editions as well as signed editions. Over half of my inventory is non-fiction. I enjoy my framing business but I LOVE my book business!
