About the Author:

John A. Flynn, M.D., is an associate professor in the Division of Molecular and Clinical Rheumatology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and clinical director of the Division of General Internal Medicine in the Department of Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He recently received a Clinician Education Award from the American College of Rheumatology.

Simeon Margolis, M.D., is a professor of medicine and biological chemistry at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He has been the editor of the Johns Hopkins Health After 50 newsletter for the past 14 years. He is also the author of the following publications: Johns Hopkins Symptoms and Remedies, The Johns Hopkins Medical Handbook, The Johns Hopkins Complete Home Encyclopedia of Drugs, and the new Johns Hopkins Consumer Guide to Medical Tests.
